Minimum Requirements:

• SAQCC Certification – Level 4 or higher (Commissioner / Designer advantageous)
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the Fire Detection industry
• Experience with CCTV systems (installation, fault finding & client support)
• Fully computer literate (reports, quotations, emails, planning, project tracking)
• Ability to work independently without constant supervision
• Strong problem-solving ability
• Capable of organizing and managing installation & service teams
• Able to guide, mentor and train technical staff
• Must ensure service and callouts generate revenue opportunities
• Strong client communication skills
• Must think and operate like a business owner, not just an employee
• Valid driver’s license

Job Duties:

• Take full ownership of assigned projects and service portfolios from planning through to completion.
• Provide clear technical leadership and guidance to technicians on-site, ensuring work is executed correctly and efficiently.
• Maintain and enforce high technical and quality standards across all fire and security installations and services.
• Proactively identify additional work opportunities and system improvements on client sites.
• Manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction while supporting business growth and repeat work.
• Balance technical delivery with commercial awareness, including cost control, scope management, and value creation.
• Act as the main point of accountability for project performance, timelines, and service outcomes within the fire and security environment.
