About the Role

Our client is seeking dedicated individuals to join as Apprentice Bricklayers in Paarl . This apprenticeship program offers comprehensive training in the art and skill of bricklaying, including foundation work, wall construction, and finishing techniques. You will learn to read plans, prepare mortar, lay bricks and blocks, and ensure structural integrity and aesthetic quality under the guidance of experienced professionals. This role is perfect for those who are physically fit, possess good hand-eye coordination, and are looking for a hands‑on trade career with consistent demand and opportunities for growth in the construction sector.

• Assist experienced bricklayers with setting out, preparing, and mixing mortar.
• Learn to lay bricks, blocks, and other masonry units accurately according to plans.
• Develop skills in using levels, squares, and other tools to ensure straight and plumb walls.
• Assist with the cutting of bricks and blocks as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized worksite, ensuring safety for all personnel.
• Follow all project specifications and building codes meticulously.

• A keen interest in bricklaying and the construction trades.
