Kimpton Hotels - - - Responsibilities:
Memorize current menu items and wine list and be able to present to guests;
Set up the dining area according to guest preferences and prepare coffee service by 6:00am;
Review orders as they arrive and properly prepare the correct amount of silver, linens, and vases; deliver with water and beverages added last;
Monitor meal completion times and contact guest if beyond 5 minutes; apologize and inform new time;
Verify wine orders with guests and present cork for approval
