This Plumbing Customer Service Representative position pays a competitive hourly wage. We have flexible schedules available with no mandatory work on Saturdays and Sundays and no mandatory on-call. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PLUMBING CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

As a Plumbing Customer Service Representative, you arrive each day ready to ensure our clients are heard and receive the best possible customer service. Most of your day is spent in an office environment, on the phone or at a computer. You receive incoming client calls, assist them with their plumbing needs, and dispatch service calls to field technicians.

With great attention to detail, you schedule calls to provide prompt, convenient service and maximize our field technicians' time and mileage. You keep clients updated and informed. You enjoy interacting with our clients and technicians and love keeping busy with a variety of tasks. You feel good about ensuring that our clients are satisfied, all parties are well-informed, and everything runs smoothly.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and phone skills
• Happy and positive attitude
• Basic computer skills; task-oriented
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
