The RoleAs aSemiconductor Process Engineer, you will join our team in the San Francisco Bay Area to develop nanophotonic devices, circuits, and systems at the frontier of optics. Working in a fast-paced environment in shared research facilities, you’ll develop and maintain semiconductor processes and plant to advance our innovative laser communication components.
We are open to entry-level candidates with prior experience in semiconductor process development.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate closely with the device team to rapidly prototype photonic devices and circuits
- Develop new processes to build and improve the fabrication flow
- Organize production runs and support technicians
- Monitor processes, resolve issues, and ensure timely project delivery

: - Salary: $85k to $145k
- Equity: 0.15% to 0.35% of fully diluted shares
- Healthcare: 75% contribution to a Kaiser Permanente silver plan plus vision and dental
