Social Media & Admin Coordinator

• Design social media content and marketing visuals with Canva, Figma, or Adobe
• Create short‑form video content and appear on camera as the model when required
• Plan and execute content based on trends, campaigns, and brand direction
• Stay updated on social media trends and apply them strategically
• Produce English‑language content (preferably in a Singaporean professional style

• Ensure content quality: lighting, framing, audio, and overall presentation

• Handle invoicing, scheduling, and basic documentation
• Communicate in professional English via email, Whats App, and internal platforms
• Contact partners, creators, and team members when required
• Coordinate tasks with internal teams and track follow‑ups
• Organize files, reports, and records cleanly and accurately

  Requirements
  • Knowledge of basic graphic design (Canva or similar tools)
  • Understanding of content creation and social media trends
  • Confident appearing in front of the camera for video content
  • Owns adequate filming equipment (smartphone/camera, mic, lighting) and has a suitable environment for creating high‑quality content
  • Strong organization, communication, and coordination skills
  • Comfortable handling both creative and administrative tasks

  • Working Style: Full‑time, remote
  • Hours: Flexible (results matter more than fixed schedules)
  • Allowance:
    IDR 2,500,000 / month
