Food & Beverage Manager AboutThe Role
- Directs and coordinates all Food and Beverage operations across outlets, including restaurants, bars, room service, and banquets
- Ensures high standards of food quality, service excellence, hygiene are consistently maintained and monitors guest feedback
- Collaborates with the Executive Chef and other departments to create innovative dining experiences and promotional events
- Have an experience in similar position
- Good communication skills both in Bahasa and English
- High school or diploma from a hospitality school preferred
