To drive revenue growth and expand market share by promoting and selling the product to all channel. Building strong customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, to meet and exceed sales targets.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and performance indicators (KPIs) set by the company
• Identify and prospect new customer to expand the distribution network
• Maintain strong relationships with existing accounts through regular visits, follow-ups, and excellent customer service.
• Providing product knowledge and information to customers

• Bachelor’s degree in any field. Minimum 3 years of sales experience.
• Possess a Class C Driver’s License.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, pharmacies, and hospitals.
• Team player with a strong work ethic. High level of honesty and discipline.
• Willingness to work in various locations.
• Familiarity with Padang area.
• Proficiency in computer operations.

• Experience handling cosmetic/skincare/aesthetic products.
