Who We Are Looking For
We are currently looking for a brilliant and motivated new resource to join our Group Business Controlling team at the Padova HQ. The internship will last 6 months and offers a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in the eyewear industry, supporting key business analysis and controlling activities.
As a Business Controlling Intern, you will be responsible for:
Support the main activities of the Group Business Controlling unit, working with a young, talented team.
Update and maintain daily analyses to capture and flag key deviations vs budget/previous year, monitoring our Group performance across dimensions such as brands, markets, and channels.
Perform profitability analysis by market, customer, brand and product to identify areas of improvement.
Support the monthly process of forecast and budget review.
Develop in‑depth knowledge of a multinational organization and key processes led by Group Controlling.
Support the Finance & Controlling Manager and executives with ad‑hoc analyses.
You Are
The Person We Are Looking For If
You hold a university degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Management Engineering, or Statistics.
You are fluent in English.
You have excellent skills in Excel.
You possess an analytical mindset and are comfortable working with large datasets.
You are precise, detail‑oriented, and organized.
You are a strong team player, able to meet objectives and work under tight deadlines.
You are eager to learn, proactive, and have a problem‑solving attitude.
