We are adding a new member to our accounting/finance team. This member’s responsibilities will include facets of all areas of general accounting.

• Day-to-day general ledger accounting for multiple entities, as assigned
• Performs Accounts Payable activities to include preparation and processing of payable batches into our accounting software
• Reconcile assigned accounts and research any discrepancies noted
• Maintain organized records of all accounts payable transactions for audits and reporting
• Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to address inquiries and support month‑end close activities
• Maintain vendor contracts, supplemental agreements, etc.
• Assist with requests from external auditors

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting (preferred)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Time management skills
  
  Able to maintain confidential information
