EXIT Realty Key Group is seeking an Office Administrator to join our growing team and help support the success of our agents and operations. In this role, you’ll help manage the daily functions of our real estate office, assist with agent onboarding, coordinate key projects, and keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and thrives on structure but can pivot quickly when needed. You must have a “no-task-is-too-small” mindset and a passion for creating a supportive and efficient workplace.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure smooth daily office operations and create systems for efficiency
- Support agents with listing input, onboarding, and other administrative tasks
- Prepare reports, update office files and systems, and maintain an organized workspace
- Coordinate meetings, trainings, and office events
- Communicate with agents, vendors, clients, and partners in a professional, polished manner
- Manage supplies, signage, and marketing materials
- Take initiative on special projects and identify process improvements
