Job Summary

The Administrative Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of the Services Department. This role involves managing schedules, handling correspondence, maintaining records, coordinating meetings, and supporting staff with various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily administrative and clerical support to Support Operations Manager
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence professionally
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
  • Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, and close out packages.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for physical and electronic documents
  • Assist with invoice processing, purchase orders, and expense tracking
  • Assist with dispatch coordination and follow-up on close‑outs
  • Organize travel arrangements and meeting logistics as needed
  • Handle data entry and maintain accurate records and databases
  • Perform additional administrative duties as assigned by management
  • Ensure schedules are communicated with required parties.

Qualifications
