Reporting to the WKCTC Foundation office in Paducah, you'll provide essential administrative support that keeps foundation operations running smoothly and donors engaged.
What You'll Be DoingYour day-to-day will include:
- Coordinating gift processing, donor acknowledgement letters, and database record maintenance to ensure accurate and timely stewardship
- Supporting the planning and logistics of foundation events, scholarship ceremonies, and fundraising initiatives
- Preparing correspondence, reports, and board meeting materials for Foundation leadership
- Serving as a professional first point of contact for donors, alumni, and community partners
- Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and administrative experience
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel
- Experience maintaining databases or constituent management systems with high accuracy
- Strong written communication skills, with the ability to draft professional correspondence independently
- Familiarity with KCTCS policies, procedures, or prior experience in a Kentucky public higher education setting is a genuine advantage in this role
- Ability to handle confidential donor and financial information with discretion
