Business Analyst

• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and implementing solutions with Gap Analysis and Attention to detail.
• Interact with stakeholders to gather, document, and refine business requirements.
• Work with multiple teams in the organization, like the Design Team, Development Team, Quality Assurance Team, and Project Management Team, to ensure smooth SDLC.
• Create a Work Breakdown Structure and Proposal documents after scope confirmation from the client and obtain estimates from the development team.
• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and change management.
• Staying up-to-date on the latest processes and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
• A strong understanding of current Generative AI and Vision AI technologies and their practical applications will be considered a significant advantage.
• Perform market analysis and research on competitors’ products, softwares, or strategies to provide insights that can drive product or business improvements.
• Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
• Performing requirements analysis.
• Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.
• Effectively communicate your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
• Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports and minutes of the meeting.
• Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff.
• Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
• Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
• Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.
• Assist in implementing new processes and ensuring user adoption.

• 1+ years as a business analyst working on software development projects.
• A bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or an MBA.
• Good technical and excellent documentation skills.
• Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Competency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Slides.
• Good knowledge on AI tools, Generative AI, and vision AI concepts.
• Proficiency in Gap Analysis and Attention to detail.
• Ability to create clear user stories, workflows, wireframes, and functional documentation.
• Experience in requirement gathering, stakeholder management, agile methodologies, and process optimization.
• A basic understanding of APIs, web services, and system integrations can be valuable.
