Principal Consultant

Our Consutling client based in the United States has Partnered with AMA Talent Executives as part of their growth strategy. They are seeking to add a new Principal Consultant level candidate to their team which they hope to double in size by the end of 2027.

You will be well versed in the Management Consulting sector and eager to join a growing boutique business that is taking the market by storm, beating Deloitte in RFPs to win luxury retail Change Management programmes.

• 10+ years experience in Consulting with experience in Change/Project Management processes
• Experience in Oracle ERP change programmes (Not a technical Func-Consulting role)
• Great skills of Communication, training, Organization Design and Operating Model functions to inprove Company efficiency.
• A desire to learn and grow with a business that is looking to grow headcount quickly in the US
• Have worked on a sales target which is regularly hit, ability to work with c-suite level stakeholders and be eager to lead a team
• Must be able/willing to travel for on-site client engagements for at least 3 days per week.
