This isNOTa traditional F&B Management Associate role. Our
Operations Analyst Management Associate (Leadership Track) Program
is designed to groom future leaders who can drive digital transformation, improve business performance and influence strategic decisions across our multi-brand QSR group. Unlike roles focused on daily outlet duties, our program emphasises business analysis, process optimisation, IT implementation and project ownership. Your success is measured by the quantifiable ROI of the analytical and technical solutions you implement.
Your role begins with a structured 6-9 month operational deep dive residency across our brands. On-ground rotations provide the necessary data and insights needed to analyse processes, evaluate workflows and identify performance gaps. You will report directly to the CEO.
Promotion is guaranteed upon successful program graduation, based on the measurable business impact (ROI, cost savings) of your projects aimed at:
- Increasing sales revenue.
- Optimising operational costs.
- Boosting productivity and workflow efficiency.
- Enhancing customer experience.
- Improving staff retention through data-backed process and culture enhancements.
Upon graduation, you will be placed directly onto one of the following high-value career paths:
- Special Assistant to the CEO:
Working directly under the CEO on confidential, high-priority projects. - Area Manager (Progression to Business Manager):
Leading multiple outlets and driving business performance. - HQ Specialist or Executive Role in HQ departments.
- Minimum Polytechnic Diploma in Business, Information Technology, Operations or a related field.
- Strong IT proficiency (data analysis, MS Office, digital tools, POS familiarity).
- Solution-driven, analytical and the ability to link IT/ AI solutions directly to measurable financial outcomes.
- Willingness to be stationed at various outlets for operational learning when required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with diverse teams.
