POSITION SUMMARY

Wagner Warehousing is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join their team in Paducah. This is a full-time position offering consistent weekday hours, competitive pay, and long-term career stability. The Customer Service Representative serves as a critical link between customers and warehouse operations, ensuring accurate communication, inventory tracking, and order fulfillment.

This position requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced logistics environment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable communicating with customers, warehouse supervisors, forklift operators, and truck drivers while maintaining accurate records and inventory information.

WORK SCHEDULE
  • Monday – Friday; 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
  • Overtime may be required based on business needs
  • Stable, full-time hours with consistent scheduling
WORK LOCATION

The primary work location for this position is Wagner Warehousing’s facility at 900 Olive Street in Paducah, KY.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for warehousing customers via phone and email
  • Communicate customer requests, inventory information, and shipment details to warehouse personnel
  • Coordinate with warehouse supervisors, forklift operators, and truck drivers to ensure efficient operations
  • Enter, update, and maintain inventory records within the company's inventory management software
  • Monitor and verify product codes, batch numbers, row locations, quantities, and product weights
  • Process customer orders and inventory transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and other documentation using Microsoft Office applications
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Maintain organized records and documentation
  • Assist with general office and administrative duties as needed
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education preferred
  • Previous customer service, administrative, logistics, warehousing, or office experience preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work accurately with numbers, inventory data, product codes, and weights
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal team members
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
