Position: Dutch Speaking Customer Service for Public Transport Services Department

Overview

Mercier Consultancy is looking for a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Public Transport Services Department. In this important role, you will provide outstanding support to our Dutch-speaking customers, helping them navigate our public transport services and answering their inquiries.

Your fluency in Dutch will be essential as you assist clients with questions regarding schedules, ticketing, route information, and service disruptions. You will play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction and ensuring seamless experiences for our users of public transport.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality customer service in Dutch through various channels including phone, email, and chat regarding public transport services
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to timetables, ticket purchases, and service complaints
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues regarding transport routes or service disruptions
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system
  • Work collaboratively with transport operations teams to ensure timely and accurate information
  • Collect feedback from customers to help improve our public transport services
  • Stay updated on changes in routes, schedules, and policies affecting public transport
Qualifications
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, with exceptional communication skills
  • Strong customer service orientation and a problem-solving mindset
  • Experience in customer service, especially in public transport or related areas, is preferred
  • Able to manage multiple inquiries and tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Genuine interest in public transport services and a commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous
