Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs; assisting members with purchasing decisions; processing member purchases; assisting with payments according to company policies and procedures for different membership and payment types;
Organizes and maintains availability of carts/flatbeds; assists members with transporting items; maintains parking lot cleanliness;
Locates and organizes merchandise; zoning the designated areas; assisting members with purchases and answering questions;
Maintains safety of facility by conducting safety sweeps and reporting unsafe situations;
Completes work assignments and priorities by collaborating with managers, coworkers, and other business partners; communicating progress.
