Monitoring Technician

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Data Entry and Call Center Representative. This role combines accurate data entry tasks with providing outstanding customer support through inbound and outbound calls. The ideal candidate will be organized, have excellent communication skills, and be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

• Enter and update customer information, transactions, and other data accurately into the company database.
• Verify data for accuracy and completeness before submission.
• Maintain organized records and documentation for future reference.
• Generate reports from databases as requested by management.

• Handle alow to medvolume of inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner.
• Respond to customer inquiries, provide information, andreportcomplaints promptly.
• Document call details and follow up on unresolved issues.
• Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutionsor extendissuesas necessary.
• Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude during interactions with customers.

• Education:
  
  High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience:
  
  1+ year of data entry or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in a call center environment is an advantage.
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Familiarity with CRM software or data entry tools.
• Soft Skills:
  
  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle challenging customer interactions professionally.
• Time management and multitasking capabilities.

• Call volume varies, Data entry and Audit are primary functions
• Hybrid phone-based and computer-based work.
• Involvesextended periods of sitting and typing.
• Pay: $12per hour
