LeveL is hiring an experienced Project Coordinator for our growing firm. We need an enthusiastic, experienced project coordinator with a minimum of 5 years’ experience, a Master of Architecture degree, and proficient Revit skills. Ideal candidates will be eager to continue their career development through the delivery of architectural projects while learning how an architectural firm operates.

• You are a purpose-driven, talented project coordinator and team player with a winning track record of participating in successful projects executed in a team-oriented environment.
• You work well under the direction of a project leader, with responsibilities that include tasks assigned from conceptual design through construction completion, such as program and conceptual design development, detailing drawings for presentation and production, selection of product materials, editing of specifications, answering RFIs, submittal review, and field work.
• You are confident and have strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• You are enthusiastic, ambitious, engaging, intelligent, and results oriented, with a high level of integrity and a desire to work directly with clients, consultants, and colleagues.
• You are capable of working well in collaborative environments and also completing assigned independent work.
• You believe in yourself and your ability to contribute; you grasp priorities quickly and communicate effectively.
• You set big goals and are driven to achieve them every day.
• You have the ability to lead design meetings under the direction of the Project Lead.

• Assisting the Project Architect or Designer with production of drawings at all design phases.
• Assisting with meeting documentation.
• Translating design intent into technical and construction documents.
• Managing and organizing project documentation.
• Taking initiative on assigned projects and tasks.
• Investigating and learning new and efficient ways to work to expand deliverable capabilities.
• Leading communication between team members (internal and external).
• Participating in field work, including existing documentation and construction administration.
• Participating in marketing and business development as assigned.
• Assisting with Design
  
  LeveL standards development as assigned.
• Selecting and coordinating building products and systems.
• Assisting in the creation of project specifications.

• A Master of Architecture degree from an NAAB-accredited university (preferred).
• A minimum of 5 years of industry experience.
• Full proficiency in Revit.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD.
