STUDENT SUMMER INTERNSHIP PROGRAM GOAL

Pine Bluff Sand Materials will recruit and employ Student Summer Interns for the purpose of orientation to Pine Bluff Materials operations, peak season operational support, and in the anticipation of potential transition to full time employment as positions become available.

STUDENT SUMMER INTERNSHIP TIMELINE

Pine Bluff Materials intends to recruit for internships and will make offers as candidates are identified. Summer 2026 report will be negotiated individually based on availability of the intern.

TARGET STUDENT SUMMER INTERN FIELD OF STUDY

Students with focus on a field of study in the area of Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mining Engineering, Geology or a related field or administrative / support field to these areas of study will be the primary target group for consideration for summer internship positions. Undergraduate students who are rising juniors or seniors are a primary target for internship interview and potential offer after interview.

STUDENT SUMMER INTERNSHIP COMPENSATION

The Compensation for the Student Summer Intern position will be as follows:

* Sign-On Bonus - A sign on bonus of $1,000.00 will be paid at the completion of the first week of report, with the first payroll event.

* Hourly Compensation - An hourly wage of $21.00 will be paid. Overtime will be paid over 40 hours in any week or otherwise as stipulated by law or statute in the location of

STUDENT SUMMER INTERNSHIP MENTOR

Each Student Summer Intern will be assigned a mentor who will represent the Company contact for orientation to the program, facilitation of report, as well as a sounding board for any issues or opportunities for the program and the individual intern experience.
