McCracken-County-Public-Schools is looking for a full-time Instructional Assistant for the 2026 special needs program at McCracken Concord Elementary School in Paducah, Kentucky. The position includes assisting a certified teacher, implementing instructional practices, and reporting on student progress. Candidates should have experience working with children and possess at least a high school diploma. Salary is $14.17 per hour, and an Associate degree is preferred.
