McCracken County Public Schools seeks a part‑time RIS 21st CCLC Instructional Assistant at Reidland Intermediate School in Paducah, Kentucky. Salary is $13.53 per hour.
You assist a certificated teacher, support students in small groups, monitor progress, and help administer tests within the 21st CCLC program. Duties include tutoring, preparing lessons, maintaining records, supporting behavior management, coordinating with staff and parents, and ensuring student safety.
