3rd Shift Sanitation Manager

POSITION SUMMARY

Sanitation Manager is responsible for the overall sanitation of the facility and its equipment, supply management for the department to reduce/control cost. Implement employee safety and food safety initiatives. Manage small hourly employee crew, implementing culture to develop good supportive work environments. Support company policies and procedures to drive excellence.

Inventory management, documentation, interpretation of data, mathematical formulas, leadership, policy enforcement, master sanitation schedule, SQF, SSOPs and other duties assigned by the business.

Mathematical skills, data documentation, mechanical skills, organization and multitasking skills, communication, chemical safety, 7 steps of sanitation.

  Education:
  
  High school or equivalent or minimum 5 years sanitation experience
• Required Experience:
  
  Understanding of basic sanitation operations, chemical safety, inventory management knowledge, mechanical skills.

Ascending or descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, poles, and the like.

Moving self from indifferent positions to accomplish tasks in various environments including tight and confined spaces.

Remaining in a stationary position, often standing, or sitting for prolonged periods.

Moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one worksite to another.

Adjusting or moving objects up to 15 pounds in all directions.

Communicating with others to exchange information.

Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
