Chief Engineer

BOS:
Chief Engineer – Paducah, KY (Full Time, contingent upon contract award)

• Act as the final authority on code interpretation, compliance determinations, and approvals.
• Resolve conflicts between disciplines or codes.
• Sign off on approvals and Certificates of Occupancy.
• Other duties as assigned.

• BA/BS Degree in engineering, architecture, or related discipline plus 15 years of direct experience.
• Experience in code interpretation, AHJ or equivalent authority roles, high-hazard facilities.
• Successful drug screening.
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a security or clearance badge.

• Professional Engineering License (KY or equivalent by endorsement).
• Certified Building Official (CBO).

• This position is a fully onsite position in Paducah, KY.
• Schedule is full-time, Monday – Friday 40‑hour week.
