Responsibilities- Provide high-quality speech-language therapy to pediatric and geriatric patients in outpatient settings.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care.
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and track patient progress.
- Mentor and support team members, including Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs), as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with insurance and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in professional development activities to stay updated with the latest practices in speech therapy.
- Active state license to practice Speech-Language Pathology.
- Strong expertise in pediatric speech therapy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with patients, families, and team members.
- Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans effectively.
- Willingness to travel locally between clinic locations.
- Experience mentoring Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs).
- Familiarity with insurance-based therapy documentation and compliance requirements.
- Knowledge of multidisciplinary and collaborative therapy approaches.
- Experience working in outpatient therapy settings.
- Enthusiasm for professional development and staying updated on industry advancements.
