Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Perform comprehensive hearing evaluations, hearing aid selectiondoc, and fitting for all clients, employing best practices as defined by our client‑centric service model of Simply Excellent Hearing Care. Meet a minimum NPS score of 75.
- Routinely demonstrate hearing aids as part of annual evaluations to provide clients a personalized auditory simulation and create a ‘wow’ moment.
- Evaluate test results alongside client needs to make a personalized recommendation, maximizing client benefits.
- Perform routine follow‑ups, cleanings, checks, and repairs; maintain skills in ear impression taking, earmold modification, and recommendation of ALD accessories.
- Embody HearUSA's ambition of Changing Lives through Simply Excellent Hearing Care. Partner with the District Manager, HCP team leaders, and L&D to adopt new initiatives that grow the center’s revenue and change more lives.
- Build a local community to proactively generate service demand and support marketing campaigns—such as physician outreach and health fairs—completing one community outreach or physician marketing initiative per quarter.
- Comply with all state licensing laws, FDA guidelines, WSA policies, and HearUSA Quality Practice Guidelines. Operate in a HIPAA‑compliant manner, documenting outcomes, notes, and referrals for all clients.
- Engage in continued professional development to maintain expertise in all aspects of service delivery, from consultative counseling to selling, fitting, and troubleshooting the current hearing aid technology.

- Experience in a similar audiology or hearing aid specialist role.
- Active state license in audiology and/or hearing aid dispensing.
- 1–5 years of experience preferred.
- High attention to detail with a strong degree of accuracy.
- Basic or advanced written communication skills.
- Customer/client interaction experience.
- Ability to communicate detailed or technical information clearly, accurately, and concisely.
- Ability to work quickly, accurately, and independently in a fast‑paced environment.
