MUST has CST and CFA with CVOR exp
*** Formal Education required, on the job training for CST cert is not accepted here.
Traveler must be able to produce a TECHNICAL diploma from their CST training for compliance, no exceptions. If traveler signs and cannot produce this, they will be cancelled. A high school diploma, CST certification, or unrelated college diploma will not fulfill this requirement, it must be from their CST training.***
• BLS
• NBSTSA certification
• Scrub
• Specialized in CVOR/proficient skills in cardiac cases
• Aseptic technique
• Universal protocol (timeout)
• Radiation/laser/fire safety
• Specimen labeling/handling
• Sterilization/disinfection
• 2 year CVOR experience
, every third weekend rotation
