Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) – Night Shift travel assignment in Paducah, KY. 13-week travel nursing contract;
Epic, ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS required. Join a community-focused hospital and deliver expert cardiac telemetry care.

• Position: Telemetry Registered Nurse (Telemetry RN, RN)
• Role: Travel Nurse – Telemetry Unit (Night Shift)
• Location: Paducah, KY 42003 (Western Kentucky) — local Kentucky nursing jobs / Paducah healthcare)
• Setting: 4C Telemetry Unit (floating to similar units as needed)
• Assignment Type: Travel Contract (Travel Nursing)
• Start Date: March 19, 2026
• End Date: June 18, 2026
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: 12-hour nights (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM), 3 shifts per week — Night shift telemetry RN
• Hours per Week: 36
• Patient Ratio: 1:5 to 1:6
• Charting System: Epic (EMR experience preferred)
• Scrub Color: Royal Blue
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $1930 - $2030 per week

• Minimum 2 years of recent Telemetry RN experience (cardiac telemetry, dysrhythmia interpretation)
• Previous travel nursing experience required (travel RN)
• Active Registered Nurse license (KY or compact state)
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications; NIHSS certification required
• Experience with Epic electronic medical record (EMR) charting
• Knowledge of cardiac monitoring, dysrhythmia management, and telemetry protocols
• Central line care and management experience
• Ability to float to similar units (e.g., Tele 4B) to support patient care
• Two professional references required
• COVID-19 vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions allowed)

• Provide high-quality nursing care to adult and geriatric patients on a busy telemetry unit
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms; manage dysrhythmias and provide pre/post cardiac procedure care
• Care for patients with central lines, pacemakers, post-cardiac procedures, and advanced oxygen therapy needs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including IV, respiratory therapy, physical therapy, and rapid response teams
• Float to similar units (such as Tele 4B) as needed to support staffing and patient care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Epic EMR
• Adhere to infection control, isolation precautions, and PPE protocols
• Participate in orientation, complete required modules, and support unit initiatives
