Job Overview

Lance Soft is seeking a travel Surgical First Assistant for a 13‑week assignment in Paducah, Kentucky (40‑hour week, 8‑hour days). The role involves providing surgical assistance on a variety of procedures.

• Minimum 2 years CST experience
• Strong vascular/endovascular experience required (CFA required)
• First‑time travelers accepted
• Formal CST education required (no on‑the‑job training)
• Must provide technical diploma from a CST training program (no exceptions)
• BLS required
• CST certification required

⚠️ High school diploma, CST certification alone, or unrelated college degree will NOT meet the education requirement. Must provide CST program diploma.

• Epic experience preferred
• Experience in General Surgery, ENT, Dental, GYN, Urology, Plastics, Neuro, Ortho/Spine, Orthopedics, Vascular, and DaVinci Robotics

• Scrubs provided
