The Ohio State University College of Medicine and the Wexner Medical Center seek six psychologists to continue to build our clinical enterprise. The mission of the Department of Psychiatry & Behavioral Health is to improve, advance, and innovate behavioral healthcare and foster resilience in our patients and communities. Our emphasis across conditions is on delivery and development of empirically supported treatments and approaches.
The successful candidates will join a 70+-member Section of Psychology, which offers robust clinical and research training opportunities, including externship experiences, psychology pre-doctoral internship, and several fellowship programs. we are particularly interested in candidates that complement our existing strengths in Anxiety/OC Disorders, ADHD assessment and treatment, Women’s Behavioral Health, Psychosis, and Suicide/Trauma.
Requirements: Doctoral Degree in Psychology. Licensed or license-eligible in the state of Ohio. Applicants must be from an APA- or CPA-accredited clinical or counseling psychology doctoral program (with an accredited clinical internship) and be licensed in Ohio by the time of appointment. Preference will be given to candidates with previous training/experience in an academic medical center and those with at least one year of relevant post-doctoral experience.
