This is a performance-based role paid on a per-room basis, ideal for energetic professionals who take pride in speed and quality. Our target is a thorough room turnover within 30 minutes to ensure guest readiness and maximize your earning potential.

• Comprehensive Cleaning:
  Sanitize bathrooms, dust all surfaces, vacuum carpets, and mop hard floors.
• Linen Management:
  Strip and remake beds to hotel standards and replace all towels and bath linens.
• Amenity Restocking:
  Replenish toiletries, coffee supplies, and promotional materials.
• Quality Control:
  Perform a final walkthrough to ensure the room is "guest-ready," reporting any maintenance issues or damages immediately.
• Organization:
  Maintain a tidy and fully stocked supply cart to ensure a seamless workflow.

• Efficiency:
  Proven ability to manage time effectively to meet the 30-minute-per-room goal.
• Physical Stamina:
  Capability to perform demanding tasks including bending, lifting up to 50 lbs, and standing for long periods.
• Professionalism: A polite demeanor when interacting with guests and a strong commitment to privacy and security.
• Experience:
  
  Previous hotel housekeeping experience is preferred but not required for candidates with high energy and a fast learning curve.

Piece-Rate Pay:
You are paid a set rate for every room completed to standard. This structure rewards your efficiency—the faster you work while maintaining quality, the more you earn.
