IT Security Specialist(Salesforce exp) - Onsite, OH

• As part of the Office of Information Technology (OIT), Enterprise Shared Solutions Security & Infrastructure Operations team lead major security and infrastructure operations initiatives, implementations, and integrations. Additionally, drive application and infrastructure security within multiple platforms to minimize application vulnerabilities and application risk.
• Security and Compliance:
  Develop and implement security architectures, monitor systems for threats, and ensure adherence to relevant technical standards, industry regulations, and corporate policies.
• Risk Assessment & Security:
  Assess and mitigate risks, ensuring that implemented systems comply with relevant standards and security best practices.
• Performance and Scalability:
  Monitor systems for optimal performance and scalability, identifying and addressing technical issues to ensure solutions meet user needs and business goals.
• System Maintenance:
  Oversee the maintenance, upgrades, and integration of new technologies into existing systems to ensure they remain efficient and effective.
• Implementation & Integration:
  Guide the implementation and integration of new systems and technologies into existing IT infrastructure.
• Collaboration:
  
  Work closely with other IT teams and stakeholders to ensure security best practices are followed.
• Incident Response:
  Participate in security and infrastructure incident response and recovery efforts.
• Continuous Improvement:
  Continuously improve security practices and tools based on industry best practices and emerging threats.
• Documentation:
  Document processes, procedures, and findings.
