• The main task will be to support the already installed Trace Pro systems of our client
  , as well as the installation/configuration of new Trace Pro projects.
• Analyzes the functional specifications of the project in collaboration with the project manager.
• Installs certified and non-certified IT systems at the customer’s facilities.
• Trains customers either remotely or on-site at the customer’s premises.
• Provides technical support to customers on certified and non-certified applications/systems.

• Good knowledge of MS SQL Server
• Good knowledge of connecting and controlling peripheral devices from a PC
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Politeness and the ability to remain composed even under high pressure
• Excellent written and spoken English

• University degree in computer systems engineering or automation systems
• Knowledge of business operations in systems such as ERP / WMS / MES
• Proven 2 years of experience in a similar role
