User Acquisition Manager

We are starting a new team focused on lead generation and user acquisition for external B2B clients via Telecom-based and Digital marketing channels. To strengthen this direction, we are looking for a skilled Senior User Acquisition Manager to lead campaign strategy and execution, ensuring performance-driven growth for our clients.

• Plan, launch, and scale user acquisition campaigns with our proprietary Big Data tools and services
• Independently manage full-cycle campaigns: from strategy to execution and continuous optimization
• Analyze performance data to ensure strong ROI and effective budget allocation
• Develop, test, and optimize creative strategies, funnels, and messaging across channels
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify emerging trends and growth opportunities
• Optimize existing channels and test new ones to improve acquisition metrics
• Deliver consistent, positive results while maintaining cost-efficiency

• Proven track record in managing performance-based user acquisition campaigns (CPA model), particularly in e-commerce, banking or insurance verticals
• Solid understanding of conversion tracking, analytics, and campaign optimization techniques
• Experience with Telecom-based channels (SMS/Viber) driving traffic to digital destinations
• Hands‑on expertise with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and performance marketing tools
• Proficiency with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Google Data Studio
• SQL knowledge is a plus
• Analytical mindset, self‑starter attitude, and a strong focus on delivering profitable outcomes
• Ability to work autonomously and take full ownership of campaigns
