We’re hiring an entry-level IT & Clinical Systems Specialist to support our internal technology environment and clinical software systems as we scale. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their IT career who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and learning healthcare systems in a growing organization.
Role OverviewThis role provides day-to-day IT and systems support for clinic and corporate teams. You’ll assist with user access, device setup, clinical software support, documentation, and basic web updates - while partnering with vendors and senior leadership for advanced work.
Pay: $48,000 - $50,000 per year (based on experience)
Core Responsibilities1. IT Systems & User Support
- Assist with Microsoft 365 user accounts, email setup, permissions, and security basics
- Support onboarding and offboarding for staff technology access
- Provide IT support for clinic and corporate teams
- Troubleshoot common hardware, connectivity, and phone issues
- Coordinate with external IT vendors when issues escalated
- Maintain basic IT documentation and SOPs
2. Clinical Software Support
- Support user access, permissions, and templates within Opti Mantra
- Help troubleshoot common system issues for clinic staff
- Assist with form setup, workflows, and system organization
- Work with operations and providers to ensure systems are used correctly
- Document recurring issues and recommended improvements
3. Web & Digital Support
- Make simple website updates (text edits, image swaps, landing page updates)
- Support website forms and basic integrations
- Coordinate with external developers or agencies for advanced work
4. Training, SOPs & Scale
- Help create and maintain SOPs for system usage
- Assist with staff training on tools and basic workflows
- Serve as a friendly, patient support resource for clinic teams
- Support standardization as Optimize U continues to grow
- Entry-level experience or relevant technical training
- Microsoft 365 experience
- Help desk or IT support experience
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Comfortable supporting non-technical users
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Willingness to learn healthcare systems (HIPAA training provided)
- Familiarity with healthcare or regulated environments
