Loes Chromebook Coordinator

The LOES Chromebook Coordinator is responsible for managing the school's Chromebook inventory and supporting the technology needs of students and staff.

Duties include:

• Manage the distribution and collection of Chromebooks for students and staff.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of all school-issued devices and accessories.
• Coordinate Chromebook assignments, check-in/check-out procedures, and end-of-year collection.
• Submit and monitor technology support requests and repairs through the district help desk.
• Troubleshoot basic Chromebook issues and provide first-level support when appropriate.
• Communicate with students, staff, and families regarding device expectations, damage, and replacement procedures.
• Work collaboratively with the school technology department to ensure devices are updated, repaired, and ready for instructional use.
• Maintain organized records of repairs, replacements, and device assignments.
• Complete other technology-related duties as assigned by the principal.
