Are you ready to lead a critical ERP transformation across dozens of remote manufacturing and distribution facilities? Our client is entering phase two of their Acumatica ERP rollout and is seeking a dynamic Business Analyst / Scrum Master to drive implementation, streamline processes, and ensure a smooth enterprise-wide transition. This is a high-impact role where your ERP expertise, agile leadership, and data-driven approach will make an immediate difference.
DailyResponsibilities
- Leading data mapping efforts between legacy systems and Acumatica across multiple facilities
- Managing end-to-end data migration, including extraction, transformation, validation, and reconciliation
- Documenting current-state and future-state business processes, workflows, and system configurations
- Collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to gather ERP requirements and translate them into actionable user stories
- Facilitating Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
- Coordinating implementation timelines and deliverables across fully remote teams
- Supporting ERP configuration, testing, and deployment to ensure alignment with operational needs
- Monitoring project risks, dependencies, and change impacts, ensuring timely resolution
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
- 2+ years of hands-on Acumatica experience or 4+ years working with another ERP platform
- Proven experience serving as both a Business Analyst and Scrum Master on ERP or technology initiatives
- Strong background in data mapping, data migration, and process documentation
- Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies and Azure Dev Ops
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment aligned with Eastern and Central Time Zones
- Experience coordinating work across multiple remote or distributed sites
- Authorization to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship
- Hands-on Acumatica experience or the ability to ramp up quickly on the platform
- Experience with system integrations, manufacturing workflows, and reporting tools
- 100% Remote
- Competitive compensation in the $150K to $170K range, depending on experience
