We are seeking a highly experienced Procurement & Contracts Manager to lead sourcing, contract management, and supply chain coordination for large-scale industrial projects. This role plays a critical part in supporting CAPEX initiatives and ensuring seamless execution across engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) environments.
Key Responsibilities- Lead strategic procurement initiatives for heavy industrial equipment aligned with CAPEX projects
- Manage end‑to‑end contract administration
, including techno‑commercial evaluations and supplier negotiations - Oversee EPC procurement activities
, vendor performance, and cross‑functional coordination - Drive supplier selection, cost optimization, and risk mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with engineering, project management, and finance teams to ensure timely and cost‑effective project delivery
- Manage large‑value contracts and complex procurement packages

Expertise in sourcing heavy industrial equipment - Contracts & Negotiations

Strong experience with contract management and supplier negotiations - Project Supply Chain Coordination

Proven ability to manage EPC procurement and project teams
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business
- 12–15 years of experience in procurement and contract management
- Background in heavy industrial sectors (steel, metals, mining, or similar)
- Demonstrated experience supporting greenfield or large‑scale industrial projects
- Strong experience in EPC/CAPEX procurement environments
- Expertise managing large‑value contracts and complex sourcing initiatives
- Proficiency with ERP/procurement systems (
SAP, Oracle, etc.) - Ability to interpret technical specifications, BOQs, and engineering documents
- Excellent negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Monday – Friday
- 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Collaborate with high‑performing cross‑functional teams
