We are seeking dependable and motivated Team Leads. As a fast-growing local franchise in Kentucky and Illinois (McCracken, Marshall, Calloway, Graves, and Massac counties), we provide comprehensive cleaning services to a variety of office settings. Our Team Leads play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and orderly environment, and are the backbone to leading our technicians to success.

You will be responsible for ensuring your team executes the cleanliness of office spaces, including vacuuming floors, cleaning restrooms, sanitizing kitchen areas, and keeping common areas tidy. You will work as part of a team of other Leads to ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard. The work setting is professional, and you'll have the opportunity to interact with office staff in a positive and friendly manner.

• Train teammates on our processes and lead the charge to a job well done
• Provide inspections and constructive feedback to help teammates know where they stand and help exceed customer expectations
• Manage team schedules and ensure labor budget for your assigned jobs
• In a last line of defense, have the willingness to clean when our teammates are down for the count
• Help provide and offer customers additional services they need to keep their facilities in top shape
• Maintain effective cross-training so that there is always a backup plan
• Daily floor care such as vacuuming, sweeping, mopping and buffing
• General cleaning and disinfecting areas of a business such as offices, kitchens, restrooms, etc...
• Trash removal
• Restocking consumable items such as paper towels, soap, toilet paper

You will NOT be responsible for carting around OUR supplies to each job! We equip each job with the right supplies/tools to complete that job so your car doesn't always smell like cleaning products
