Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role located in Paducah, KY for a Manager in Training at Pepsi Mid America. The Manager in Training will be responsible for day-to-day supervisory tasks, communication with team members and customers, training and developing staff, and ensuring excellent customer service.

- Experience in Training and Customer Service
- Ability to lead and motivate team members
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
