As we advance our mission and expand nationwide, we are searching for an exceptional Operating Director to lead this branch’s growth. Supported by our homebase and a network of Operating Directors, you will play a pivotal role in driving our vision forward.

Operating Director – Paducah, KY (Full‑Time)

• Independently manage and lead the branch, with ongoing corporate training and support.
• Develop and execute marketing plans to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in‑home care provider.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.).
• Hire, onboard and schedule staff; monitor on‑call responsibilities as calls come from clients, caregivers and partners.
• Conduct in‑home assessments, build client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
• Oversee office budget and reflect in profit and loss statements.
• Create a workplace of choice; incentivize, motivate and set team morale tone.

• Proven leadership with experience managing a team.
• Success meeting sales and business development goals.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Entrepreneurial mindset.
• Experience with direct recruitment, hiring and staff oversight.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
