Amazon is seeking an Area Manager to lead a team of hourly employees and drive safety, quality, attendance and performance while ensuring on-time delivery to customers. The role involves coaching, managing metrics, and coordinating with Safety, Ops, Loss Prevention and HR.
Training occurs at an operating site for 2+ weeks away from the home site, with travel paid by Amazon. Shifts are 10 hours overnight, front-half or back-half schedules, and assignments can change with business needs.
