We’re conducting a confidential search for a dependable Warehouse Associate
to support a defense manufacturing company.
Stocking: Break down inbound pallets; place parts in correct bin locations with accurate system updates.
Shipping Support: Pack parts to spec to prevent transit damage; prep small machines/equipment for outbound shipment.
Material Moves: Safely move small machines and inventory between designated locations.
Documentation: Work from pick lists, packing slips, and basic system screens; maintain clean, safe work areas.
Other duties as assigned to support daily warehouse goals.
What you’ll bringActive security clearance or Vantage Clear credential (required).
1–2 years warehouse/material handling experience (manufacturing environment a plus).
Forklift certification (or ability to obtain quickly); pallet jack experience.
High attention to detail, strong organization, and reliable follow-through.
Clear communication and a team-first mindset.
Physical & Work EnvironmentFrequent standing/walking; lift/move up to 50 lbs with proper technique.
Fast-paced warehouse and production support environment; strict adherence to PPE and safety procedures.
