Production Lead

Job Summary

Production Lead will oversee the assigned area to ensure production runs according to schedule in a safe and timely manner. Schedule daily breaks and lead team. Ensure all employees rotate at appropriate times. Verify that documents have been completed correctly and are accurate. Be able to perform all tasks in the assigned area and be responsible for training all new staff.

Support and enforce employee safety, food safety, and quality programs. Keep assigned area clean and safe for all employees. Responsible for end of day clean up. Reports on all issues as they happen to Production Supervisor. Production lead must learn all aspects of production and be able to lead any area effectively and efficiently.

Data recording and reporting, Supervision, Process Controls, Mathematical Formulas, Leadership, Policy Enforcement, Production Equipment, Dairy Processing and other duties assigned by the business.

Education: High School Diploma/GED

Experience: Production experience

• O - Ascending or descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, poles, and the like.

US Hourly Pay Range: $20 - $20 USD
