Nationwide Manufacturing Company is seeking an Experienced Manufacturing & Process Engineer.

This position is located at their Paducah, KY location and will join a team of 5 full time Manufacturing Engineers who are focused on Continuous Improvement, Updating Work Instructions, Capital Projects.

An Engineering Degree is required and some work experience in the Manufacturing sector is needed to be successful in the role.

Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain work instructions for manufacturing processes
  • Reduce Scrap and Eliminate Waste
  • Create Manufacturing Processes that promote safety and ergonomics
  • Select New Equipment and Project Manage Installations
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or Similar)
  • 1-2 Years Previous Work Experience
  • Desire to join a fast paced high volume manufacturing site.
