Position Summary
POSITION SUMMARY:
- Maintaindetailof the cost of every product manufactured by the company.
- Calculate standard cost of production and monthly variances.
- Calculate FOH rate annually.
- Review FOH variances to reviewrateas necessary.
- Set up and maintain BOM’s in JDE
- Accumulate the cost of each kiosk and Vending Machinepurchasedor manufactured by the company.
- Prepare pro forma unit costs for proposed products of the company.
- Keep Inventory detail of products manufactured by the company and raw materials matching with General Ledger.
- Price out year-end inventory and reconcile balance with inventory systems.
- Set up andmaintaininventory items in DDIM V2 and GP as well as links.
- Request JDEsetup items.
- Maintain standard cost for all stock items in JDE.
- Evaluate PPV of all stock items to update standard cost on JDE
- Coordinate and manage Year End inventory counts for all locations.
- Maintain detailed analysis of production costs and waste.
- COGS of manufactured itemsfor Budget
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
Reconciliations, roll forwards , journal entries, BOM preparation
COMPETENCIES: Keen attention to detail; strong Excel, PowerPoint, Word skills; excellent verbal and written communication skills; knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
Education and ExperienceRequired
Education:
Bachelors Degree in Accounting
Required Experience: 10 year experience
SalaryUS Salary Pay Range: $90,000 - $110,000 USD
