Production Operator

Our client, a leading organization in manufacturing, is seeking a Production Operator to join their team. As a Production Operator, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Operator

Location: Paducah, KY

Pay Range: $17

Shift: Must be available to work a swing shift schedule, including both day and night shifts. Willingness to work weekends and overtime as needed is required.

• Support production operations by preparing raw materials and packaging finished products.
• Weigh raw materials accurately according to batch tickets, ensuring proper labeling and lot numbers.
• Package finished goods, inspecting pouches for damage or foreign materials prior to packing.
• Operate processing equipment following established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment through active housekeeping duties.

• Ability to work a physically demanding day, including standing for extended periods, lifting, bending, and twisting.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds alone, with occasional assistance for heavier loads.
• Some prior forklift experience is required, with proficiency demonstrated through training or verification.
• Good math, reading, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively with supervision.
