J&J Snack Foods Corp. seeks a Plant Manager to lead a high-volume snack food plant in Kentucky. You will own safety, quality, service, cost, people, and culture while achieving production targets and driving continuous improvement across production, maintenance, and QA teams.
This role requires 7–10+ years in senior manufacturing leadership, a strong record in safety and quality systems, and hands-on Lean and cost-management discipline. Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/Master’s preferred.
